It is similar to the physical object interaction in games like Amnesia where you can pick up an object and rotate it to see all angles. In each part of the base you are able to interact with the items in those spaces and learn more about the crew and your surroundings. At the end of each, you get access to another part of the base including dorms, labs, and the bridge. There are various levels you have to get through and each level has its own set of sub rooms. The gameplay is from a first person perspective and your interaction with your surroundings is generally limited to simple mechanics of gathering and placing items in the correct spots. Without giving any spoilers, the overall premise of The Turing Test is one that will definitely make you think more about the relationship between machines and humans. As you work your way through the rooms you learn more about why you are there and what has happened with the rest of the crew.
